The webinar will examine the 12 steps of the Hero’s Journey Surrounding COVID -19. We will delineate three main stage: Departure, Initiation and Return of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey.

Through art, pictures mythology and brain science we will explore” The Ordinary World,Call to the Adventure, Refusal of the Call, Meeting the Mentor, Crossing the Threshold , Tests, Allies, Enemies, Innermost cave, Ordeal, Reward, Road Back , Transformation, Sharing the Elixer . This model is helpful for therapists and group therapists to reflect on the year 2020 and prepare for 2021.

Greg Crosby , MA ,LPC, CGP, FAGPA is a practicing therapist, trainer, teacher, and consultant. For over 25 years he was the Clinical Regional Group Coordinator for Kaiser Permanente in Oregon and Washington.He has a private practice in supervision, and Adult ADD. He is on the Faculty of Portland State University and Marylhurst University. He has a training and consulting practice in groups for community mental health, managed care and mental health professionals.
