Workshop – Mapping a Family System, and Teams using RCompass, a Digital Sociometry

October 20 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm UTC

Mapping a Family System, and Teams using RCompass, a Digital Sociometry
SUNDAY 20th of October 2 to 4 PM

Apply a practical application to your therapy and coaching practice. Sociometry and Systems theory are foundational processes that assist relationships, including families, in achieving their relational goals, healing trauma, resolving conflict, building trust, communication, and collaboration. These theories identify relational issues, providing insight into how to conduct an effective situational analysis, offer clear objectives and measurable data, identify relational goals, and map a process that has led to the current situation.
RCompass applies the principles of Sociometry and systems theory in a digital application, thereby making the subjective world of relationships objective and measurable. With this information, a practitioner can guide families as a whole and each member to achieve their most desired dreams.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
– Recall the principles of Sociometry, including Social Atom and Tele.
– Describe the concept of the family as a system.
– Map a social Atom of your choice using RCompass.
– Relate Tele to Active Role theory.
– Apply the RCompass app in different professional situations.
The instructional segment of the workshop will be recorded, while the experiential sharing aspect will not be captured.
