“Building online group dynamics in clinical, training and organisational settings” led by ★ Alejandro Jiliberto Herrera
Since the closure due to Covid, different virtual group methods have been developed.
These methods were formalised and tested within a bereavement programme with healthcare workers in a hospital in Chile. Three groups were developed and both the results and the method were evaluated. Some of the main findings are presented here.
The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the online method, to train with the main tools and to experiment with it.
The contents to be worked on are: factors and tools for demand analysis, building group cohesion, sociometry, participatory communication, integration of the body, emotional and symbolic expression, online training, online therapy, online organisational groups.

“Construyendo dinámicas de grupo en línea en la clínica, la formación y las organizaciones” guiado por ★ Alejandro Jiliberto Herrera

Desde el cierre debido al Covid, se han venido desarrollando diferentes métodos de grupos virtuales.
Estos métodos se formalizaron y probaron dentro de un programa para la elaboración de duelos, pérdidas con personal sanitario en un hospital de Chile. Se desarrollaron tres grupos y se evaluaron tanto los resultados como el método. Aquí se presentan algunas de las principales conclusiones.
El propósito del taller es dar conocer el método online, entrenarse con las principales herramientas y experimentarlo.
Los contenidos a trabajar son: factores y herramientas para el análisis de la demanda, construcción de la cohesión grupal, sociometría, comunicación participativa, integración del cuerpo, expresión emocional y simbólica, formación online, terapia online, grupos organizativos online.
